OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Social Worker to work full time within The Next Steps Team based in Stoke on Trent. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.

 

The pay rate for this Social Worker role is £27.00 + £0.81 AWR (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Specific Role Information

This role is for a social worker to work on the Next Steps team. This will mean working with young people between the ages of 16 - 25 who are care leavers or who have become homeless under the age of 18 who are Section 20.

 

Offering support to young people who are care leavers between the age of 18-25; ensuring they are able to access education and housing an ensure that they are generally coping with living independently.
