OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Service Manager to work full time within the Care Management Service based in Truro. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.

 

The pay rate for this Service Manager role is 'please specify desired rate' (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Service Manager

* Degree or equivalent in social work

* Current HCPC registration

* Relevant experience.

 

Specific Role Information

Role is to be responsible for Care Management services to a locality area. Line management of 4-5 Team Managers who manage operational staff including Social Workers and Case Coordinators.

Client group is older people, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and their carers.

Responsible for delivering high quality assessment and care management within the Care Act.

Management of complaints and member enquiries.
