OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Senior Social Worker to work full time within the Localities Team based in London Borough of Brent. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.

 

The pay rate for this Senior Social Worker role is £35.00 + £0.91 AWR (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker

* Degree or equivalent in social work

* Current HCPC registration

* Experience of dealing with Child Protection plans

* Experience of dealing with Child in Need plans

* Good assessment and written skills

* Are able to work to timescale and as part of a team.

 

Specific Role Information

I am in need of a senior social worker who has experience of working with children who are subject to a CP /CIN plan. Good assessment and written skills, able to keep to timescales and work as part of a team.

 

Candidate must be able to start ASAP.

Knowledge of the policies and regulation that govern child protection work.

Experience in Child protection.

Experience in working with 'children in need'.

Able to write court statements.

Good written and verbal skills.

Good IT skills.

Good team player.
