OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Senior Practitioner to work full time within the Review Team based in London Borough of Southwark. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.


The pay rate for this Senior Practitioner role is £29.88 + £1.03 AWR (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner

* Degree or equivalent in social work

* Current HCPC registration

* Effective communicator

* PC literate

* Presentations

* Report writing

* Must have supervisory experience.


Specific Role Information

To provide a management function in a very busy Review team.

To provide a supervisory service to social workers and non-professionally qualified staff through provision of management, professional expertise, skills and advice to ensure high quality services are delivered within adult services.

To provide this function within a Review team, signposting, advice and information and safeguarding service.

To be responsible for management and oversight of Safeguarding adult cases and investigations including the chairing of safeguarding meetings.

Develop a co-ordinated approach to enable the delivery of services in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.


Candidate to have experience supporting staff via performance management process.


Supervising 7+ staff

Safeguarding Adults Manager

Regular sign-off "Care & Support Plan Reviews"


Candidate must have supervisory experience.
