OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Social Worker to work full time within the Leaving Care Team based in London Borough of Southwark. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.


The pay rate for this Social Worker role is £23.23 + £0.84 AWR (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Social Worker

* Degree or equivalent in social work

* Current HCPC registration

Specific Role Information

The Leaving Care Team is looking for a Social Worker on a temporary contract to work with the Pilot Project Partnership. We are working, and trialling new ways to support young people and achieve better outcomes. We are developing group work and wrapping additional services around the team.

The Social Worker will be allocated cases aged 16 - 19 years old. The work is varied, demanding, but most of all rewarding.


The candidate must have Leaving Care Experience., NQSWK will also be considered if they have the experience of leaving care.


Candidates must also have a current up to date DBS, and all references with the current recruitment agency due to this being an immediate start.
