OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Service Manager to work full time within Early Interventions, Prevention, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Services based in London Borough of Hillingdon. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.
The pay rate for this Service Manager role is £61,770 - £74,124 permanent.

Requirements of the Service Manger
* Degree or equivalent in social work
* Current HCPC registration
* Experienced Manager with relevant professional qualification at degree level or equivalent
Specific Role Information
As part of a reshaped senior management team for our Early Intervention, Prevention, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Services, you'll lead a service comprising of 50 as they identify and work with families who most need our help.
You will play a key role in ensuring a collaborative and integrated approach is taken to meeting the needs of vulnerable children, young people and families across the education, health and care economy.
You'll take a strengths based approach to enabling children, young people and their families to overcome problems that may become more problematic or entrenched without early help.
You will play a key leadership role in championing early help principles and practice across partner agencies, supporting the coordination and delivery of the Local SEND and early help offer in Hillingdon
You will also play a central role in ensuring children and young people access their education entitlement, working with education providers and partner agencies to enable the inclusion of all children and young people.
Your work will be located within the Children and Young People's department of the Social Care directorate that Ofsted recently rated 'good' with 'outstanding' leadership. You will therefore have the requisite skills, experience, vision, drive and leadership qualities to enable a high performing service to continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for the children, young people and families
The role requires an experienced Manager with a relevant professional qualification (or equivalent), such as qualified teacher status or SEN qualifications with a level 4 casework award.
A firm understanding of the legal and financial frameworks we operate within is essential. But it's your considerable experience of driving change as a senior educator or social care professional that will mark you out. This vital expertise will help you quickly understand how our services can best provide for vulnerable children, and deliver the outcomes they need and deserve.
