OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Social Worker to work full time within the Children with Disabilities Team based in Poole. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.

 

The pay rate for this Social Worker role is £21.58 + £0.28 AWR (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Social Worker

* Degree or equivalent in social work

* Current HCPC registration

* Relevant experience

* Needs to be available as soon as possible

* Needs to be able to commit to a period of around 6 months.

 

Specific Role Information

To carryout social work duties with young people with physical and or learning disabilities supporting the young person and their family.

Carryout single assessments, reviews: CIC and CIN. Support in the provision of care packages that have been assessed and to ensure these are reviewed regularly.

To carryout stat visits to young people in their homes and with carers.

To ensure that the young people we support are protected and cared for in a way that meets their individual needs.
