OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Social Worker to work full time within the Adults Access & Assessment Team based in Ipswich. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.


The pay rate for this Social Worker role is £28.00 (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Specific Role Information

Job Title: Social Worker (Adult & Community Services)

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk.

Length of assignment: Three months initially

Hours per week: 37.00

Hourly rate: £26.00 PAYE/ £28.00 LTD


The Mental Health and Learning Disabilities team are currently looking for a full time Social Worker to work in their Access and Assessment team based in Ipswich.


The Access and Assessment team act as single point of referral for all people over the age of 25 in Suffolk. Staff work on rotation, spending one week performing face to face assessments and one week in the duty tea, screening and triaging.


Looking for people with good mental health assessment and risk assessment skills and enjoy working under a certain degree of clinical autonomy to assess and signpost service users in Suffolk and with a specific skill and experience of working with people aged over 25.
