OneTrue are recruiting for a committed Social Worker to work full time within the Adults Community Team based in Witney. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in the same or a similar service, be very dedicated, personable and willing to contribute positively to the team and service to ensure the best and most appropriate outcomes are delivered. Applicants must have previous experience working with UK statutory services and hold valid HCPC registration.

 

The pay rate for this Social Worker role is £27.00 - £30.00 (Umbrella Company) per hour and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Social Worker

Specific Role Information

Social Worker to undertake reassessments of care packages in the community as part of the review process. To be allocated a number of cases in a particular area in order to complete person centred, holistic reassessments focussing on Strength Based Approach, equipment, assistive technology and alternative sources of support. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, assessment skills and have excellent knowledge of The Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. They must be able to work autonomously in various locations across the county. Previous experience in a Review Team and experience of high levels of throughput recommended. Previously knowledge of LAS computer system desirable as well as knowledge of Oxfordshire.
